We couldn’t be more excited to share with you all our amazing arrangements
(of course, made by our incredible team!)
as well as all our carefully selected products which we know you will just love!
Here at Fresh Floral Studio, the highest of care is taken when producing our products with
quality being our number one priority!

When are we open?

Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.30pm
Thursday – 6pm close
Saturday – 9.00am to 2.00pm
CLOSED – Sunday & Public Holidays (with the exception of Mother’s Day, of course!)

When will my delivery arrive?

If your order is local and placed by 12.00pm, we guarantee same day delivery!
All orders placed after 12.00pm, we will deliver the following day we are open.

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time however,
we will always try our best to accommodate your request and orders will be delivered by 5.30pm
(save and except for businesses and deliveries to schools).

Oh no – my order is urgent!

Although we cannot guarantee same day delivery if your order is placed after 12.00pm, we do encourage you to telephone our store to speak with one of our lovely staff to see if we can assist
– we always try our very best!

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to: Australind, Eaton, Bunbury, Binningup, Capel and everything in-between.
We also deliver outside of town (eg. Harvey, Donneybrook etc) however,
we encourage you to telephone the store to make arrangements if this is you!
Costs associated with delivery will be calculated on the website when placing your order.

What if they aren’t home?

If you select “Authority to Leave” when placing your order, we will leave your order in a safe place at the specified address that is weather protected.

If your order includes alcohol, please note that your order will be returned to our store and will NOT be left or given to a persons under the age of 18 years.

If we are unable too gain access to the property due locked gates/animals, we will return your order to the store and arrangements will be made for re-delivery at an additional cost to the customer/sender. If you choose not to pay an additional delivery fee and would prefer a refund – no problem! We will provide you with a 90% refund for the cost of the flowers. The cost of delivery will not be refunded as we must allow for the time taken to deliver and create your arrangement.

The address I supplied is incorrect, whoops!?

If you have supplied an incorrect address, we will return your order to the store and arrangements will be made for re-delivery at an additional cost to the customer/sender.
We rely on Google maps to find you so please leave us with instructions if the address is new!

ALCOHOL

To add alcohol onto your order YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS and the RECEIVER MUST ALSO BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.
Alcohol cannot be left in a safe place nor given to any person under the age of 18, re-delivery will apply at the cost of the customer/sender.

I’d like specific flowers – just like this picture!

The images of flowers to order presented in “Fresh Flowers” reflect a particular time and season.
Although we will endeavour to create arrangements that closely resemble your selection,
please allow for changes in availability and seasons.
Please take the time to read our descriptions as some images are an example of what you may receive as it is a “seasonal’ style choice!
We will substitute flowers with similar blooms to best reflect the style of the image displayed,
and colour selection you have chosen.
If your requirements are quite specific, please contact us directly on the details above.

Fresh Floral Studio will not…

Fresh Floral Studio will not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Fresh Floral Studio will not accept responsibility for flowers if they have been left out side all day.
Products are perishable, many arrangements need to be kept out of direct sunlight in cooler environments for optimum enjoyment.

Is GST included?

All prices quoted and purchases made in store are GST (“Goods & Services Tax”) inclusive.

Goods Return Policy

Fresh Floral Studio handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Products sold on this website and by this business are a perishable, natural item,
flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others.
Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets.
As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on Fresh Floral Studio’s website.
By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images & produced goods.
In cases of flowers perishing within two (2) days of purchase and all care instructions have been followed OR if Fresh Floral Studio produced the incorrect goods, Fresh Floral Studio may provide a replacement or gift certificate.
The value of the gift certificate or replacement is at the discretion Fresh Floral Studio.
Fresh Floral Studio reserves the right to request images of original goods for our records.
Replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been produced.
We will always work with you to rectify a problem, so please remember:-
we are dealing with fresh & delicate products;
we create our arrangements with love and transport them to you with care;
we are human so please be kind and let us work together.

WEDDING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Wedding Quotes

All quotes produced by Fresh Floral Studio are valid for 30 days from the date on the quote form. Quotes not accepted within 30 days will need to be reconfirmed in writing before they can be accepted.
Upon Accepting the quote, you agree to ALL the items listed on the quotation.

Booking Deposit

All weddings and events require a 20% booking deposit to secure/book your wedding/event. Booking deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances as the florist has already spent time liaising with the couples via email, social media and phone or in person developing the quote for your special day.
By paying this 20% deposit, the client secures the services of Fresh Floral Studio for their wedding day/event. Regrettably, Fresh Floral Studio accepts no responsibility if you have a valid quote and wish to book, but your date has become booked out. Bookings will not be held without a booking fee being paid. This amount is credited toward the balance of your wedding flowers if the wedding goes ahead.
The final balance payment is required three (3) weeks prior to the wedding/event date.
Bookings made within one month of the wedding date must be paid in full on acceptance of the quote, as flowers must be ordered in advance.
Please check your order carefully, as Fresh Floral Studio takes no responsibility for any errors or omissions once you have confirmed your final order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any item/s are fit for their intended use.

Consultation

Fresh Floral Studio offers an initial consultation during which we ask for as much information as possible about your wedding. We welcome any pictures, colours, styles and delivery/set up information, items needed such as vases etc – anything you have and would like to bring to help us gain a clear understanding of the style of your wedding. This will enable us to give you as detailed a quote as possible. Any arrangements to be made into vases supplied by the client or a venue cannot be accurately quoted until supplied to us. Any changes to containers may also require re-quoting.

You are more than welcome to come into the shop, call or email at any time with any changes or queries you may have.
A final appointment/consultation can be made 4-6 weeks prior to the event date, should one be required.

Flower Selection

Fresh Floral Studio provides a detailed estimate that outlines some of the type of flowers that will be used in your wedding flowers. We understand that in most cases you will see flower names you are not familiar with. We highly recommend that you make yourself familiar with the flowers outlined in your estimate. You can do this via Google or by contacting us.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they are aware and happy with the flower breakdown before accepting the quote.
Where photos have been provided by the client, style and flowers within the images are used as a guide only. Please be aware that a lot of web based images are artificial or edited and colour altered to make an attractive picture – not all the colours are a true reflection of the natural colour.
We do not replicate other florist’s work and we are not in control of seasonal changes or availability. Fresh Floral Studio will endeavour to reflect the style, colour and shape as detailed in the estimate and pictures to the best of our ability. It is important that the client understands that individual flowers, bouquets and arrangements all vary to some degree. Their individuality is what makes them unique and custom to you.
All attempts will be made to source the colours, types of flowers and materials requested. However, please understand that flowers and other floral materials are seasonal and sometimes the items requested are not available. Fresh Floral Studio reserves the right to substitute a requested flower with another of similar design, colour and equal value, should circumstances beyond our control require so – and also if such products do not meet Fresh Floral Studio high standards of product quality.

Reducing/Cancelling Items on the Quote

Upon accepting the estimate, you are accepting the items and agreeing to the value listed on the estimate. Should you need to reduce or cancel items, we are happy to do so, however, no reductions can be made from 30 days prior to the event. There are no refunds for cancellations of individual items within 30 days of the event. Flowers for those items will be utilised to upgrade the arrangements going ahead.
Bookings can be postponed to another date, subject to availability. It is important to liaise with us and all your vendors if you are wanting to postpone.

Late Payment

Fresh Floral Studio will not order your wedding/event flowers or complete any arrangements without final payment. Delayed final payment, resulting in a late flower order, may result in missing out on your desired flower varieties. Fresh Floral Studio will not be held accountable for disappointment or dissatisfaction due to substitution caused by late payment.
Wedding/Event flowers will not be delivered unless final payment is made. Failure by the client to make the final due payment as per invoice due date is sufficient cause for Fresh Floral Studio to cancel the wedding/event.

Cancellations

In the unfortunate event that your wedding/event is cancelled, Fresh Floral Studio requires a notice of 30 days from the client. All cancellations are to be made in writing from the client to Fresh Floral Studio by way of an email.
On cancellation of your event before the 30 days notice; the client will be refunded all money paid, less the non-refundable 20% booking deposit, less any perishable and non-perishable items purchased on behalf of the client for their wedding/event, such as vases, ribbons etc.
Strictly no refunds are extended to the client on weddings/event cancelled within 14 days of their wedding/event. Flowers and/or items for your wedding/event will have been ordered, purchased and cannot be reused or cancelled with their suppliers. Fresh Floral Studio will have blocked out the date in good faith and have lost the opportunity to book another wedding or function.

Hired Items

All hired items such as vases, as outlined in your quote, are the responsibility of the hirer from the point of delivery/pick up to the time the item is returned. All hired items are to be returned to Fresh Floral Studio before the Friday following the wedding. Should any items be lost, damaged or stolen, it is the responsibility of the hirer to pay for the replacement. The cost will be charged at full retail replacement cost + GST + freight. Payment is required within 48 hours of return date We require the credit card details of the hirer as a security. If the hired items are not returned on the outlined date then we will contact the hirer once (1) in an attempt to have them returned. If the items are not returned within 48 hours from this attempt at contact, the full replacement value will be charged to the credit card provided.

Supplying Your Own Items/Vases

Should you wish to supply your own vases – please ensure they are all clean and have all unwanted A stickers and labels removed. Vases are to be delivered to Fresh Floral Studio 1 week prior to the wedding, in a box that is clearly marked with your name and wedding date. Fresh Floral Studio also reserves the right to not use provided items if they do not reflect the high standards held by Fresh Floral Studio.
You agree and acknowledge that Fresh Floral Studio is not responsible or accountable for any personal injury or negligence resulting from the use of goods supplied to you, or on behalf of you.

Floral Installations and Wet Weather Policy

It is the responsibility of the client to liaise with their chosen event venues regarding the construction of floral installations and hired items that may cause damage. This includes but is not limited to items such as open flame candles, stakes into the ground (particularly grass) and hanging instalments on existing beams and structures.
The responsibility remains with the client to seek permission on behalf of Fresh Floral Studio to complete any hanging, suspended or other uncommon floral installations at the wedding/event venue. Fresh Floral Studio will not be held responsible or liable for any instances where work cannot be completed due to a lack of permission or lack of safety at the venue.
In the case of an outdoor wedding/event the client must have alternative arrangements if weather makes the venue/terrain unsafe for Fresh Floral Studio to safely complete the installation. Eg. Heavy rain, thunderstorms. In this case Fresh Floral Studio reserves the right to implement wet weather plan, if possible (i.e. indoors set up), or installation will not go ahead at the venue.

Delivery and Setup

Prices for delivery locations need to be discussed with us. Delivery fees will be outlined in your Quote.
If your wedding is on a Sunday or public holiday and you require delivery, we have an increased delivery rate to cover the additional staff wages and minimum three (3) hour shift requirements.
All bookings are different and typically, will be arranged on a case-by-case basis. As a general guide, deliveries are made prior to the photographer arriving to ensure they are available for “pre-wedding” pictures. You should allow 30 minutes either side of the scheduled time for delays that may occur which are out of our control.
The delivery details including addresses are confirmed two (2) weeks prior to the wedding/function date. It is your responsibility to ensure we have correct delivery details.

Full Service Set-Ups:

We will set up and pick up as quoted and outlined to your specific destination if you have requested this in your consultation. Delivery times will need to be confirmed with the venue on the week of the wedding.
We will require full access and appropriate working conditions in order to fulfil our order with you. You will need to inform your venue what you have employed us to do and also the time we require to set up on the day. Should we be denied access, be delayed by the venue or any other supplier on the day, be presented with unsafe or hazardous working conditions, we will complete everything to the best of our ability, however, in extreme circumstances, if we cannot complete the job, due to no fault of our own, we will leave the products at the venue. Should other last minute decisions be made due to any unpredicted circumstance, we will advise the venue manager and the issues relating to the decision.
Fresh Floral Studio is not responsible for items once delivery has been completed.

Photos

Fresh Floral Studio retain the right to photograph finished work which may be used in self promotion and advertising.
Photos taken by us of your arrangements remain our property. Our photos are not to be reproduced, copied or edited in any way by you or any third party without our prior permission in writing to do so. We are always grateful for any photos of our florals provided to us and will only use them as permitted by you. Photographers credits will be displayed when provided. We take no responsibility for your photos being used in any way which is not permitted.

By Paying a deposit and booking us as your florist for your special day, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as presented above.
